Help Identify A Robbery Duo

The suspects.

The New York City Police Department is asking the public's assistance in identifying the males depicted in the attached surveillance photo wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 41 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to the police that on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 0950 hours, inside of the Hunts Point Avenue subway station on the #6 line, a 14-year-old male victim was approached by two unidentified males while waiting on the south bound platform. The males demanded the victim's property and removed the victim's iPhone 7 Plus cell phone, his wallet and a metro card. The individuals then fled the scene. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.

  • Individual #1 is described as a male, black, approximately 16-years-old, 5'8" tall with a slim build and a light complexion. He was last seen wearing a dark green hooded jacket, white pants and dark colored sneakers;
  • Individual #2 is described as a male, black, approximately 18-years-old, 6'0" tall with an average build. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded jacket, black pants and dark colored sneakers.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers' website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
